ZyroLab is a small software studio. We collect the minimum information needed to talk to you, book calls, and keep the site free of abuse — nothing more. This page explains what we collect, why, and the third parties involved.
Who we are
ZyroLab (“we”, “us”) operates the zyrolab.com website and provides design, engineering, and AI consulting services. You can reach the data controller at hello@zyrolab.com.
What we collect
From the contact form: the name, email, company, and message you choose to submit. From Cal.com bookings: the scheduling details Cal.com requires (name, email, time slot, any notes you add). For abuse prevention on /api/contact: your IP address and user agent are checked against a sliding-window rate limit (5 requests per 10 minutes). For traffic understanding: Vercel Analytics records aggregate page-view metrics with no cookies and no personally identifying information.
Why we collect it
To reply to inquiries, schedule introductory calls, prevent automated abuse of our endpoints, and understand which pages help visitors decide to work with us. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
Who processes data on our behalf
Resend (transactional email delivery), Cal.com (scheduling), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot detection on the contact form), Upstash (Redis-backed rate limiting), and Vercel (hosting plus aggregate analytics and speed insights). Each acts as a processor under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails remain in our mailbox until you ask us to delete them. Rate-limit records expire after 10 minutes. Aggregated analytics are retained for up to 90 days by Vercel. Booking records follow Cal.com’s own retention policy.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@zyrolab.com from the address you originally contacted us with and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no cookies of its own. If you interact with the embedded Cal.com booking widget or the Cloudflare Turnstile challenge, those services may set functional cookies necessary for their features to work.
Children
ZyroLab’s services are aimed at founders and businesses. The site is not intended for children under 16, and we ask that they do not submit personal information through it.
Changes
When this policy changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period.
